The HBM50-600KW is our new generation of three-input, three-out modular UPS, which uses digital control, modular design and N+X parallel redundancy technology to concentrate the most advanced technological achievements in the field of power electronics and automatic control, making it a benchmark product in the modular UPS field.
The capacity of the product covers all power bands between 50kW and 600kW, allowing for flexible configuration and progressive investment, with the ability to parallel 4 units up to 2400kW.

Adopting advanced three-level technology, the efficiency of the whole machine reaches 96%.
High power density design, 50KW single module size (W x D x H) 440 x 620 x 130mm.
The output can be connected to a completely unbalanced load. When the output is connected to an unbalanced load, the input current is balanced in three phases, which can balance the load of the three-phase grid.
High reliability
N+X parallel redundancy design, system availability up to 99.999%, MTBF up to 250,000 hours or more, to meet the high reliability requirements of the power supply system for critical loads; flexible parallel redundancy setting, the system can provide output at maximum capacity.
The control system is redundant in parallel, with decentralised control and centralised management; the centralised control units are redundantly connected in parallel, and the failure of one of them does not affect the operation of the whole machine; the optimised distribution sink cabinet guarantees the safety of the parallel connection of the system.
The centralised monitoring module has a hot-swappable function, so that the system can work normally when the monitoring module is unplugged The centralised bypass power supply is used to improve the power supply capacity of the bypass power supply.
EPO function, in case of emergency press the EPO button for emergency shutdown; EPO button is designed for protection against misuse with remote emergency power off (REPO) function.
Convenient and flexible
Modular design, consisting of 1 to 12 modules in parallel, with a maximum power of 600kW, the user can gradually invest in increasing the number of modules flexibly.
Short downtime for maintenance. If the number of failed modules is less than or equal to the number of redundant modules, downtime is zero; if the number of failed modules is greater than the number of redundant UPS modules, downtime is no more than 5 minutes.
The cabinet LCD touchscreen colour display provides a wealth of UPS status information, warning messages and fault messages; the single module LED display allows the user to understand the module's working status through the module LEDs.
In the event of an emergency, the UPS can be switched to a maintenance bypass power supply, allowing maintenance personnel to be safely online for repairs.
Intelligent design
The charging current can be set, and the user-configured battery capacity and charging current can be set via the panel LCD to achieve automatic and smooth switching between constant voltage charging mode, constant current charging mode and floating charging mode.
Intelligent charging method, using an advanced two-stage, three-stage charging method, can well balance the objectives of fast charging and extended battery life, saving the user's battery investment.
A wide range of options are available, with the option of installing isolation transformers, distribution panels, SNMP cards, relay dry contact cards and other options to form a small to medium sized distribution system.
Green design
The 19" standard cabinet is perfectly matched to the server room application environment, saving the server room usage area.
Shared battery for parallel machines, greatly reducing the number of battery configurations and allowing users to configure batteries based entirely on backup time.
The number of external batteries is optional, users can choose 30/32/34/36/38/40/42/44/46/48/50 cells according to their needs (30-50 cells optional).
