Product Overview

The XMG-1 series reclosing controller is specially designed for the intelligent control of the switch body, with quick-break, overcurrent three-stage, zero-sequence protection and reclosing functions. The controller is electrically connected to the switch body through the control cable and aerial connectors to achieve its protection and automatic monitoring functions. The product is widely used in urban and rural 35kV transmission line users.

Features of the controller

◇Acceleration function after reclosing: When the switch is reclosed in permanent fault, it will accelerate tripping: ◇

◇Remote-controlled closing accelerates tripping and latches reclosing: if the user sends power after overhauling the line, it should accelerate tripping if it forgets to remove the grounding knife gate.

◇The delay time for all three reclosures can be adjusted.

◇The tripping circuit is designed to prevent misoperation and has an anti-trip function.

◇The zero sequence current can distinguish between in-zone and out-of-zone faults; only the remote-controlled breaking and closing circuit is designed to prevent misoperation.

◇The three-stage protection function can independently realize four sets of anti-time-limit curves.
